FOLORUNSO GASPER & CO. (IOLITE & CORAL) is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It is a firm of Barristers, Solicitors, Company Secretaries Arbitrators and Notaries Public. The firm has been engaged in the practice of law for the past 24 years. Through these years we have set for ourselves effectiveness and uncompromising determination to excel on behalf of our clients. With our expertise, experience and zeal, we have been able to achieve the desired results for our clients, and even exceeded their expectations.
The chambers is dedicated to offer first class legal services to its clientele. The firm has been involved and still involved in all gamut of legal practice and has played major roles in so many corporate legal transactions, and cases both contentious and non-contentious. We have acted as Solicitors to numerous companies both quoted and unquoted in the Nigeria stock exchange. We are company secretaries and legal advisers to numerous corporate entities.
FOLORUNSO GASPER & CO. was established in the year 2000 with legal practitioners in chambers having wide and varied experience in several areas of the law and legal practice. In 2022, the firm merged with IOLITE & CORAL to form a solid merger. This merger is to be able to deliver other areas of legal services. This include insolvency receivership, energy and petroleum law. Thus, our services cover virtually all essential areas of the law. We take nothing for granted, and as such we have been operating in varied areas of law. We are able to do this because we are knowledgeable and have the required personnel. Thus, we have operated in those areas successfully.
We go all out to proffer solutions to legal problems in favour of our clients. Legal documents processes, legal advice and counsel are carried out excellently and without delay. We ensure that result is achieved. We recognize that when we achieve result our client’s desire, would have been met. Thus, keeping faith with our mission statement.
We have continued to achieve results despite the obstacles prevalent in the system. Our clients be it, corporate, individuals, governmental and non-governmental organizations have had and continues to experience our satisfactory services.

About the CEO
FOLORUNSO GASPER ESQ
He is a graduate of law from University of Lagos and the Nigerian Law School. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2000. Mr.Gasper obtained his Master Degree in Law (LLM) from University of Lagos where he majored in commercial and constitutional law. He has presented various papers in Corporate Law. (And did and indepth research work on the vexed question of immunities in the Federal Constitutions: Lessons from Home and Abroad. He did excellently well in all the course leading to the Award of LLM Degree). Before studying law, both at the first and second degree, he did a 2 – years course in Social Development and Administration at the Department of Sociology, University of Lagos. He was one of the best graduating students of his class. He started his legal career in the year 2000 where he cut his teeth in the chambers of Mike Igbokwe & Co. (S.A.N) Chambers.(Represent Folorunso Gasper & Co. in merger with IOLITE & CORAL)
Thereafter went on to the chambers of J. A. Kester & Co. He also practiced law in the chambers of (whose Principal, MR. KESTER was the Head of Chambers in reputable Chief Rotimi Williams chambers for several years before he left to set up his practice. He thereafter left for the chambers of Tayo Oyetibo & Co. S.A.N where he was further exposed to the practice of law and travelled the length and breadth of the Country making various legal representations for clients and satisfying their legal needs.Through His Journey
He thereafter left for the chambers of Emeka Etiaba & Co. (S.A.N) from where he left to set up Folorunso Gasper & Co. He has a wide experience of litigious and non-litigious matters. He is a goal getter and exhumes excellence in all that he does. He was recommended by a number of Judges in the High Court of Lagos State to the Chief Justice of Nigeria to be appointed as a Notary Public in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He has since been appointed and sworn in as a notary public by the Chief Judge of Lagos in 2013.Currently
He has written Articles in various areas of the Law and he is presently in the team of reporters for the Federal High Court of Nigeria Law reports. One of his research work as an undergraduate of law, titled; “RECOVERY OF DEBTS IN BANKS AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DECREE 1991 AS AMENDED: A CRITICAL APPRAISAL”. In 1998 is still relevant to the Socio-economic and legal realities of this century.
